Ever since starting my blog way back in 2009 (!), my goal has always been to share quick, easy, and approachable healthy recipes that won’t have you spending hours in the kitchen. I aim to show you – my awesome readers – that nutritious food can actually be delicious, too! 

As a busy mom of two, I pair my expertise as a Registered Dietitian with my awareness that meals also need to be on the table fast. My recipes pair simple, nutritious ingredients with quick preparation methods for a winning combo that aims to reduce stress and increase ease around mealtimes.
